Workshops provide a series of templates that enable clients to use their subject matter experts to identify training objectives and develop the content and exercises needed to support the objectives. Train the Trainer workshops develop delivery skills. PDG offers workshops to develop structured on-the-job training programs that specifically address a company's products, processes, and equipment. These programs allow training to be delivered consistently and just-in-time by people who actually perform the tasks they teach. PDG also provides custom design and development of training interventions, based on the instructional systems design process, to solve performance problems; plus existing courses that can be tailored to meet a company's needs.
