PDG offers workshops to develop structured on-the-job training programs.
Employees chosen to be OTJ trainers train only when a new employee must be trained or an
employee must be cross-trained. These training programs are developed with templates
to ensure consistency and allow future revision. Current company procedure manuals
are used as training documentation for training to ensure accuracy.
